There are a few things that could be done to improve this. Notably anatomy, I can guess you probably dont wanna sit through learning how to draw things anatomically, especially if doing stylised art, but trust me it pays to know human proportions before drawing stuff (and it'll improve your stylised work tenfold in the long run). Next is lighting, and while you generally got the light source and shading pretty much spot on, the hair highlights are really distracting. If you're going to do sharp edged shading everywhere else, follow through and make the highlights sharp too.
That being said, this is much higher quality than most stuff in the unscouted submissions haha, so you take my critiques with a grain of salt. Keep working on your art and over time you'll develop something unique to yourself, and feel free to message me if you have any questions about technical drawing tips I'm always open to help :)
(Also just wanna say they're very cute together <3)
